DSM eoResins “Safe Together” Policy
To support their Safety, Health & Environment policy, DSM NeoResins has set up a global initiative called “Safe Together”. This program has been developed to continuously improve the knowledge, attitude & behaviour concerning S.H.E. and the prevention of incidents and accidents.
The program includes a global reporting system of all incidents and near misses to all employees. Within 7 days the analysis and corrective actions have to be reported via the same system. DSM NeoResins has split the Safety, Health and Environment activities in
four main Risk Area’s:
- Operations
- Laboratories
- Offices
- Car Users
A dedicated Safety, Health & Environment Intranet (“S.H.E.–Net”) is in place were all DSM NeoResins S.H.E. Performance Targets & Statistics, Learning Stories, Rules and News items are available to all DSM NeoResins employees.
