Beyond this, we are striving to ensure that neither your valuable resources, nor ours, are ever wasted. We are always on the lookout for efficiency improvements in all facets of our operations. In technology development, we use a stage-gate process to accelerate or terminate projects as soon as changes are required. Because if we react too late, we waste your time and resources and, more importantly, we miss opportunities.
In order to efficiently transfer products from the laboratory to the plant, we have pilot scale-up facilities at our key sites in Waalwijk (Netherlands), Wilmington, Massachusetts (USA), and Parets (Spain). Our continued investment in people, technology, and facilities is solid evidence of our focus on operational excellence.
